1. Agreement
By using SillaraPoint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or services.
2. Service scope
SillaraPoint is a coalition loyalty platform that enables partner merchants to issue and accept promotional loyalty points within a closed network.
3. No monetary value
Sills are promotional rewards. They are not money, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be redeemed outside the SillaraPoint partner ecosystem or transferred to bank accounts.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access credentials. You must use the service lawfully and refrain from fraudulent activity.
5. Merchant interactions
Merchants are responsible for their goods, services, and fulfillment terms. SillaraPoint provides the loyalty infrastructure and does not guarantee merchant offerings.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time to maintain security, compliance, and performance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SillaraPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
