Customers earn Sills from participating businesses after purchases, promotions, offers, or approved change-conversion flows.
How does redemption work?
Customers redeem Sills at participating partner businesses inside the Sillara network, rather than being limited to one merchant.
Can customers gift Sills?
Yes. SillaraPoint supports gifting Sills to other users inside the ecosystem.
Is SillaraPoint a banking app or digital wallet?
No. SillaraPoint is a coalition loyalty network. Sills are loyalty reward units used only within the SillaraPoint partner ecosystem.
How do merchants get approved?
Merchants apply through the SillaraPoint app on mobile or at app.sillarapoint.com, submit their business details there, and then complete approval before accepting and issuing Sills.
Is POS integration available now?
It is part of the future platform direction. Approved API and POS partnerships are handled through the dedicated partnership path.
